What is...? Boundary surveys come in different forms. For example, you may have a boundary dispute with your neighbour and need a boundary report to map the boundaries and relate them to deeds, historical imagery, or documents. Alternatively, you may have a boundary agreement that requires a survey or need a determined boundary plan to show the exact position of the agreed-upon boundary for registration. You may also need the boundaries to be recorded if you are transferring part of your land or need to lease it. In any of these cases, we are happy to help.
How we work? We use Trimble S-series robotic & GNSS equipment for high accuracy, along with photogrammetric methods and laser scanning technology to assist with the process. For any Land Registry Compliant Plans, we follow the Land Registry guidelines as stated in here.
