What is...? A Land/Topographic survey is a comprehensive and detailed representation of the natural and man-made features of a piece of land. This type of survey provides an accurate and up-to-date depiction of elevations, contours, and the location of physical features such as buildings, trees, bodies of water, and any other structures or obstacles. They are used for a variety of purposes, including land development planning, construction site preparation, and land use planning, and provide critical information for architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the design and construction of buildings, structures, infrastructures, and landscapes.

How we work? We specialize in providing high-quality, detail-orientated surveys that are tailored to the unique requirements of each project. We use Trimble S-Series Robotic Total Stations for high accuracy and where access is hazardous or restricted, we utilize drone photogrammetry to obtain data from above. Our surveys are aligned to the OSGB36(15) coordinate system using Emlid GNSS Receivers and the O.S. Active Network (OS Net).

We work in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as detailed in the 'Measured Surveys of Land, Buildings, and Utilities, 3rd edition' (2014).
